HireFill Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026. Back to HireFill

Summary. HireFill stores your information only in your own browser. It has no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing you enter is ever sent to the developer or to anyone else.

What HireFill stores

To fill job applications, HireFill keeps the following on your device using Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local):

How it is used

This information is used for one purpose only: to fill in job application forms when you ask HireFill to, and to show you your own application history. HireFill reads the form fields on the current page so it can match them to your profile. It does not read or store anything else on the pages you visit.

What HireFill does not do

When you fill an application, the information goes to that employer's website because you chose to apply there. That website's own privacy policy applies to what you submit.

Permissions

Your control

You can view, edit, export or delete everything at any time on the HireFill settings page. Clearing your application history removes it immediately. Uninstalling HireFill permanently deletes all of its stored data from your browser.

Children

HireFill is intended for job seekers and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. HireFill will not begin sending data off your device without asking you first.
